Entering the industry as a young woman, it required a fierce drive to succeed in order to reach the top. Claudia understands the need to mentor young women, believing in helping others climb the corporate ladder.
Claudia has built an impressive résumé. Highlights include: becoming the second female president in the Toronto Transportation Club’s history, earning an MBA from Queen’s University, sitting on the Ontario Trucking Association Board of Directors and building TransCore Link Logistics to become the industry leader in the Canadian freight-matching market.
In Transit Personnel - Director of Client Development
A third-generation entrepreneur, influential transportation industry expert and technology innovator, Tracy has made the most of her decades of experience.
With degrees in sociology and social work, Tracy founded In Transit Personnel Inc., to fill the staffing needs of trucking firms and distribution and production facilities. Following 22 years of steady growth, In Transit needed to expand its operational reach. Today, In Transit is a key division of CPC Logistics Canada, where Tracy is Director of Client Development.
ONE For Freight - Research & Development
Stephanie has an extensive background in transportation and human resources. Today, she works in ONE For Freight’s research & development department. She also serves as a mentor of the OTA’s SEEC Program and participates in Trucking HR Canada’s Youth With Drive Committee.
Rounding out her busy schedule, Stephanie is Co-Chair of the Milton Chamber of Commerce’s HR Roundtable, and has joined the In-Demand Skills Trades Advisory Committee with the Peel-Halton Local Employment Planning Council. She holds a Master of Art’s Degree in Classical Archaeology and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
